ISRAEL APARTMENTS is not involved in the actual transaction between lessor and lessee. As a result, ISRAEL APARTMENTS is not liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our services or this agreement (however arising, including negligence).
If you would like to rent a house or apartment through ISRAEL APARTMENTS, availability and prices will be checked with the lessor. All prices mentioned on this web site are under reserve depending on market fluctuations. Afterwards ISRAEL APARTMENTS will supply you with the lessor's details, after you have paid ISRAEL APARTMENTS a booking fee. You can then contact the lessor yourself and he/she will inform you about any specific condition like the payment of a deposit. Our negotiation fee: 55 EURO incl. VAT (19% at current Dutch rate).
The fee paid to ISRAEL APARTMENTS is non-refundable. If a lessor suddenly decides not to rent out his/her house anymore, ISRAEL APARTMENTS will return its fee to you or will arrange another accommodation.
Payment of the fee will be in EURO, GBP or US$.
Rent will be paid in either US$, EURO or NIS, depending on the rental conditions of the lessor.
